Note that they show 3014 Pace Bend as 2.5 miles down Pace Bend Road (FM 2322) but it is in fact only 1/2 mile down the road off of Highway 71.
From Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth or Houston:
Once in Austin, go west on Highway 71 past Bee Cave Road (FM2244) for 13 miles until you come to a stop light FM2322 (Pace Bend Road). Turn right onto Pace Bend Road and proceed 1/2 mile to 3014 Pace Bend on the left side of the road.
Look for a long white stucco fence, and the next mailbox is 3014 Pace Bend road.
From San Antonio:
Drive up Highway 281 to Highway 71. Turn right (east) onto 71. Proceed 3.6 miles just over the Pedernales River to the stoplight at FM 2322 (Pace Bend Road). Turn left onto Pace Bend Road and proceed 1/2 mile to 3014 Pace Bend on the left side of the road.
Look for a long white stucco fence, and the next mailbox is 3014 Pace Bend road.
